1. Who we are
Feffe Finance ("we") is the data controller for the personal data you enter into this app. Contact: privacy@feffefinance.com.
2. What data we process
- Account data: email address, display name, chosen avatar, time zone.
- Household data you enter: entities, accounts, balances, liabilities, homes, vehicles, income, commitments, insurance policies, earmarks and notes.
- Technical data strictly needed to run the service: session tokens and your layout preferences.
We do not collect analytics or tracking data unless you explicitly allow it in the cookie banner.
3. Legal basis and purpose
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you share a household, on the basis of your explicit choice to share it with named members.
4. Where your data is stored
All data is stored and processed on servers located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
5. Sharing
Your household data is visible only to members you invite. We never sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. Our hosting providers act as processors under data-processing agreements.
Google Sheets (optional): if a household owner chooses to connect Google Sheets, the parts they select are copied to a spreadsheet in their own Google Drive, where Google's terms and sharing settings apply. Disconnecting stops updates; deleting your account removes the stored Google access.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes it.
7. Your rights
- Access and portability: export all your data as CSV files from Settings → Privacy & data.
- Erasure: delete your account and all owned data from Settings → Privacy & data.
- Rectification: edit any record directly in the app.
- Complaint: you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use only strictly necessary storage (sign-in session, "keep me logged in", sidebar state and your cookie choice). Optional storage is set only after consent.
9. Changes
When this policy changes materially you will be asked to accept the new version at sign-in.
